Chandan, Chanchal and Chitvan are coming back for a road trip on April 5

Web Series are slowly taking over the daily soaps and the pioneer to start Web Series in India, The Viral Fever, also popularly known as TVF, are coming with the second season of Tripling, whose first edition received a lot of love by the audience.

In the first season, we were introduced to the crazy siblings Chandan Sharma played by Sumeet Vyas, Chanchal Sharma played by Maanvi Gagroo and the most beloved Chitvan Sharma or let’s call him DJ Chitvan played by Amol Parashar.

Season one plot revolves around how the eldest sibling, Chandan, recently divorced comes back to Mumbai from the USA to meet his brother Chitvan. Chitvan is a DJ and is running from debt collectors who drags his brother to Jodhpur to meet their sister Chanchal. Chanchal is married in a royal family to Pranav played by Kunaal Roy Kapur, and she is pregnant.

Chanchal then reveals to her brothers that she is not actually pregnant and has lied to the royal family. The siblings also have a fight with Pranav and all the three leave the palace unceremoniously.

They leave Jodhpur and hit the road and get lost in the desert where they meet three Israeli girls who steal their car. In the process of finding their car, they reach Bhatinda where they fight the local car stealer and reclaim their car back with the help of Pranav. The siblings and Pranav then reach Manali at their parents home and the season comes to a very beautiful end. The role of father Chinmay is played by Kumud Mishra and mother Charu is played by Shernaz Patel.

The trailer of Season 2 dropped a few weeks back, WE can see Chandan has written a book on their family and the family events, Chanchal is in power at the Royal house and Chitvan, well he remains the crazy Chitvan. The plot revolves around the emotions the family goes through after Chandan writing a book on their family and their lives.

Directed by Sameer Saxena, Season 2 also features amazing cast like Shwetha Tripathi, Filmfare winner Gajraj Rao & Kubra Sait who portrayed Kukoo in Sacred Games.

S02 E01 – Mada Faka

Chandan has written a book ‘Tripling’ and has shot to overnight success and fame. A movie is being adapted from the book and Chitvan is the star played by Jitendra Kumar aka Jitu from TVF Pitchers. Chanchal isn’t happy with the decision.

S02 E02 – Phir se Tripling

Chanchal tells her brothers that because of the mention of “Jijaji banjh hai” in the book, everyone made fun of Pranav and he has left home and no one knows about his whereabouts. Her sister-in-law has accused of murdering Pranav for royal powers and MLA seat of their area. The siblings dodge the police and leave for Lucknow to find Pranav.

S02 E03 – Kabootar Ja Ja Ja

The siblings reach Lucknow to meet a nawab whom Pranav considers his guru, played by Gajraj Rao, this character is really fun to watch. The title of this episode is also related to him. The nawab’s wife is played by Shwetha Tripathi. They come to know that Pranav called the nawab’s servant from Kolkata a few days back. They head of to Kolkata.

S02 E04 – Bandhu Re

The siblings reach Kolkata and meet a Samaritan detective, Satyen Bisht played by Rajit Kapoor who played Byomkesh Bakshi (Satyenweshi, a truth seeker) a famous TV series from year 1993 to 1997. He informs them that Pranav is in Sikkim.

S02 E05 – Jahan Rasta Le Chale

The siblings reach Sikkim and this is the also the finale episode of the series. We won’t give out how the journey ends but would definitely say that it is all about the journey, the destination only makes it sweeter. Watch the final episode to discover the climax.
